Thank you for your interest in CNY!  We've been training athletes since 1996, there's a reason we're the longest running all star program in NYS and will be celebrating our 17th season in 2012-2103!

We have two gyms for you to choose from; one in Albany, NY, and one in Syracuse, NY!  Team placements will be held Saturday, May 21st in our Syracuse gym and Sunday, May 22nd in our Albany gym.

We have cheer and dance teams for all ages and ability levels.  You do not need an invitation to tryout for our program, everyone is welcome here!  Everyone who tries out for a cheer team makes one! Year round team placements/tryouts are held in mid May in both gyms and the teams train and compete June through the following April. Half year team placements are held in early November with practices and competitions continuing through April.  Hip Hop audtions are held during July and  our Open team (ages 18 and up) tryouts are held in late August. 

Did you know that we have several members who travel an hour or more just to be with us!!  That is the kind of commitment and dedication you'll find here at CNY Storm! 

Our program offers local, regional, and national level teams so you can choose the level of time and financial commitment you'd like to make. 

In addition to our competition successes we encourage community service and academic excellence.  It is important to us that all of our cheerleaders and dancers are prepared to be the bright stars of the future!
